The Story

A team of five climbers begins their ascent of Mount Everest— facing harsh conditions, tight timelines, and demanding decisions at every stage. As the climb intensifies, learners experience the impact of leadership, communication, and teamwork on achieving a shared and challenging goal.
During the six simulated days of hiking the mountain, the teams face various challenges individually. They also face three hidden challenges as a team and have to collaborate to figure out how to overcome these challenges. Failure to accurately communicate and analyze information has consequences on team performance.
