The Story

The world of news is changing faster than ever. Traditional outlets are collapsing under the weight of shrinking revenues, social-media disruption, and eroding public trust. Into this chaos steps The Citizen Sun, a mid-sized newsroom fighting to stay relevant in an era of algorithm-driven content and rapid-fire misinformation.
Participants step into the role of the senior leadership team responsible for reinventing the organization. Their mandate: make bold innovation decisions under pressure—without knowing how the public, competitors, or internal stakeholders will react.
By the end, learners have lived through a realistic, emotionally charged series of crises that mirror the volatility leaders face in today’s rapidly evolving media and technology landscape.
